IMPS - A Simplified Tabletop RPG Rules Set

IMPS is a lightweight, modular, setting-agnostic rules set for playing tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs). It provides easy-to-learn rules, basic customization options, classes, and abilities that can be used in any setting. The game is designed to support player-created content and provides templates for adding new content to the game. IMPS uses three six-sided die and a results table as its core mechanic.

Lightweight means that the rules are easy to learn and implement, with a focus on roleplaying and storytelling rather than keeping track of data.

Modular means that the system can be used piecemeal or as a whole, allowing for endless customization and modification to suit your playgroup.

System-agnostic means the rules don't care what setting you use. You can slot IMPS into any setting in place of another rule system, or design your own homebrew to utilize the IMPS Rules.
